5 chest to bar chin ups

5 85# OHS

Dumbbell Complex:

6 rounds:

6 x squat

6 x thruster (squat + push press)

6 x high pull

6 power snatch

6 jump squats

40# dumbbells

All 6 sets AFAP

By round 3 it becomes all mental, pushing the body when it is telling you to let it die!
